Welcome to SkyLimo BH (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our services.


1. Entry into Countries

SkyLimo BH does not guarantee the traveler’s entry into any country. Passport and customs authorities retain full discretion to refuse entry or re-entry to any individual. We are not responsible for any financial compensation or costs incurred due to denied entry.


2. Accuracy of Personal Data

The traveler is solely responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy of personal data provided during the reservation process. This includes ensuring that all information matches official documents (e.g., passport, ID). SkyLimo BH is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.


3. Adherence to Time and Location

To avoid additional charges, travelers must strictly adhere to the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times and locations. Delays or changes may result in additional fees.


4. Waiting Time Policy

    • Travelers are entitled to 15 minutes of unpaid waiting time after the scheduled pick-up time.

    • If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, a fee of 10 BHD per hour will be applied, with additional charges for each subsequent hour.


5. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation 2 Days Prior: If you cancel your reservation at least two days before the scheduled trip, SkyLimo BH will provide a full refund of your invoice.

    • Cancellation 1 Day Prior: If you cancel your reservation one day before the scheduled trip, SkyLimo BH will refund 50% of your invoice value.

    • Cancellation on the Day of the Trip: No refund or compensation will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the trip.


6. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all SkyLimo BH vehicles. If evidence of smoking is found, additional cleaning fees or penalties may apply.


7. Vehicle Damage or Accidents

    • Travelers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. Repair costs will be charged accordingly.

    • In the event of an accident, travelers must immediately notify SkyLimo BH and provide all necessary documentation (e.g., police report).


8. Liability

SkyLimo BH is not liable for:

    • Delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

    • Any issues arising from the traveler’s failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.


9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

SkyLimo BH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, https://skylimobh.com.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
