SkyLimo does not guarantee the traveler’s entry into any country. Passport and customs authorities retain full discretion to refuse entry or re-entry to any individual without any financial compensation.
The traveler is responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy of personal data and ensuring its compliance with official documents.
To avoid any additional charges, please strictly adhere to the agreed-upon time and location.
During your trip, you are entitled to 15 minutes of unpaid waiting time. If this time is exceeded, a fee of 10 BHD per hour will be applied, with additional charges for each subsequent hour.
In the event of cancellation two days prior to the scheduled trip, the company commits to fully compensate your invoice.
In the event of cancellation one day prior to the scheduled trip, the company commits to compensate 50% of your invoice value.
In the event of cancellation on the day of the trip, the company is not liable for any compensation.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle, and additional charges may apply for smoking.
